Sí, son inevitables. Suelen quedar alrededor de la areola, en forma vertical o en "T" invertida, de acuerdo al grado de flacidez del tejido.
No siempre. Si hay suficiente tejido glandular, se usa el propio seno; si falta volumen, se coloca una prótesis (mastopexia con aumento).
Se presentan molestias, tirantez e inflamación los primeros días, controlables con analgésicos.
Aunque es posible, la mastopexia puede afectar la capacidad de lactancia, por lo que se recomienda finalizarla antes de la cirugía.
